Group Runs
First time running with ERC?
Just show up. No signup, no membership, no RSVP required for your first run. Most people show up not knowing anyone. Introduce yourself and someone will point you to the right pace group. Dawn Patrol on Tuesday or Friday mornings is the easiest place to start.

Tuesday & Friday
Dawn Patrol
5:45 AM · Conservatory of Flowers, Golden Gate Park
7–10 miles at conversational pace through Golden Gate Park. No-drop, all paces mix together. This is the most social run of the week and the best one for new runners to try first.
Wednesday
Track Workout
6:00 PM · Kezar Stadium
Structured intervals, tempos, and race-specific work. The workout is posted on Strava and Discord beforehand. We meet at the south side press box (between the men’s and women’s bathrooms). Everyone warms up together, then runs the workout at their own pace. You’ll find people running everything from sub-5:00 to 7:00+ pace. Everyone does the same workout at their own effort level.
Weekend
Long Run
Time varies · Organized on Discord
Weekend long runs, usually marathon-focused. Routes, distances, and meeting times are coordinated through Discord. If you’re training for something, this is where you’ll find people to run with.
